The Chaloupka dairy was started in 1947 by Ernest and Marcella Chaloupka, with a very small herd of 2 or 3 Holstein cows. In 2005, we decided to change to the Jersey breed, and 100 full-bred Jersey cows were bought and integrated into the herd.
