Sauce - Chef Fabian

Salsas made by Chef Fabian Saldana especially for the Central City Co-Op.  Chef Fabian was the executive chef at Xochi. These are traditional salsas made in small batches.  

Green salsa: Green tomatillo, serrano pepper, onion, garlic, cilantro, salt.

Habanero salsa (orange): Habanero pepper, onion, bell pepper, garlic, tomato, salt.
