Mozzarella Cheese - per piece - Mozzarella Company

Mozzarella sold in a ball form.  Approximately 8 oz each.  These are Italian style and are soft, milky, smooth and elastic. They are salted. 

Mozzarella balls are sold per 8 oz. piece.Ingredients: Pasteurized cow's milk, Cultures, vegetable rennet ( rhizomucor miehel ), salt.
