Remi Desmaris took over the 5ha of vines of his maternal grandfather in 2016, with his first vintage release in 2018. He has expanded his property to 9.5 hectars which are certified organic. Despite being a young vigneron, Remi continues to release wines which could easily compete with some of the mainstay Burgundian producers, but maintains humility, strong work-ethic, and authenticity has time passes by. In the last year, he has become a member of the Vignerons De Nature, has been featured in Pierre Guigui's Bio Wine Guide, and introduced a few hives of bees to his vines. We have much respect for the work he's doing, and are proud to elevate his name as he continues to establish himself in Burgundy.
