From the baker: "We recommend storing sweet baked goods in an airtight container or zip lock bag. Those to be enjoyed within 3-4 days will keep fresh, stored at room temperature. Those to be enjoyed at a later date can be refrigerated or frozen. Refrigerated will keep fresh two weeks. Frozen for up to one month. Loaves: We recommend defrosting only those slices to be consumed immediately in a toaster or toaster oven."
