Fermented with native yeasts and aged in stainless steel after a very short maceration - this low intervention 100% organic Garnacha Rosé from the San Javier vineyard in Maule Valley, Chile is fresh and crisp with beautiful light pink tones and a very low dosage of sulfites applied only before bottling.
Tasting notes: fresh cherries, with juicy acidity and a very light body, perfect for an aperitif.
Serve between 45°F and 55°F.
