Altolandon -Certified Organic vineyard and winery started by female winemaker Rosélia Molina in 1999 in Cuenca (central Spain). Her vineyards, among the highest in Spain (14,050 m), are located on a plateau surrounded by mountains. The radiation, wind, and temperature variation of this high-altitude site give increased elegance and less-rustic interpretations of local grapes like Bobal and Garnacha.

The wine spends 2-3 weeks of skin maceration and goes through spontaneous yeast fermentation in 225 litre French oak barrels for 8 months; the wine is pressed and goes through MLF naturally; it's then bottled for about 8 months prior to release. 14.5% ABV.
