MC Stander started (l)Equinox Winery in 2019 with the vision of creating wines that embody the universe's natural balance. This balance exists throughout production: biodynamic viticultural practices, fresh and well-structured wines, and balance between intentional winemaking and not taking life too seriously. MC trained as an apprentice at Jurgen Gouws at Intellego Winery and has now made his mark independently as one of Swartland's most promising young vignerons.
