Baking spices, dark chocolate, cinnamon, and vanilla are notes found in this blend of south and Central American coffees. Right now Mid-Century is a blend of washed process San Antonio (El Progesso, Guatemala) and natural processed Pantano (Cerrado de Mineiro, Brazil)
